Our intention is to give the good experiences in construction process to owner. Unlike general Knock-down home. But care about design, energy consuming, durable structure and the living of customer. These's reflect to design and analysis we do. Solar analysis, energy simulation or existing study by architects and engineers with BIM application. We also provide consultation for customer too.

How to order Modulux home
The order step.
Easy and not complicated. Just follow our the instruction.
- Location - Just send us the location to us in GPS co-ordinate or the near famous place which you can find on Google map. We'll explore the surrounding site to planing the logistic.
- Dimension of the properties.
- Vacant land - We'll place the house in the best position of the land. Facilities layout design (Santary, Electrical, etc.). Title deed is quick way.
- Land with structure - We'll check for the law and relavant regulation for extension issue.
- Site picture. To check the obstacle and environment around the construction site. Like electrical pole and wire, local ceremony arch. And check the level of land-filled.
- Home requirement. Number of bedroom, WC, Kitchen, etc. Consulting is available.
